Looking for a Zenventory alternative?
Short version: Zenventory does a great deal more than we do, and if you use the parts listed below you should stay where you are. Warebin does warehouse operations only, for one building, and publishes its price.

What Zenventory does that we don’t
- It does client billing, integrations and multiple warehouses. Warebin does none of the three.
- It publishes its price, which seven of the twelve products we checked do not.
The first year is not the sticker
Starter is $499 a month plus a one-time $1,000 setup on both published plans, checked 9 August 2026. With the 50%-off promotion on the first three months, year one lands near $5,497.
Extra warehouses cost extra
Starter includes one and Growth three, and each additional warehouse is +$100 a month. Fine if you have several. Irrelevant if you have one.
You may be buying a platform for one job
If what actually hurts is not knowing which shelf something is on, that is one feature of a much larger product.

Don’t switch if
If you invoice clients from it, or you run more than one building, stay. Warebin cannot do either and pretending otherwise would cost you more than the subscription.
Worth a look if
One building, no client invoicing, and the only thing you open it for is to find stock. Then $499 plus $1,000 buys a lot you are not using.
There is no import. You walk the building and receive each item into its bin, which takes an afternoon for a small operation and is also the only moment your numbers will be truly right. We think that is a feature, and we know it reads like an excuse, so here is the honest version: bulk import is very good at moving years of accumulated errors into a clean system on day one.
You can lay out a whole aisle at once from the map first, so the locations exist before anything goes on them. And you can export everything to CSV at any time, including on the way out, which is the same courtesy we would want.
Put your real shelves in and see if it holds up.
