Short version: inFlow does a great deal more than we do, and if you use the parts listed below you should stay where you are. Warebin does warehouse operations only, for one building, and publishes its price.

What inFlow does that we don’t
- It does purchasing, sales orders and supplier records. Warebin does none of that, and it is not a small gap.
- Its entry plan is $129, below our $149. Worth knowing, though see below for what that plan can and cannot do.
The cheap plan has no sublocations
The $129 tier is "1 location no sublocations", checked 9 August 2026. For a warehouse, a location without shelves inside it is a building with one address, which does not answer "which shelf".
The tier that does have them costs more, plus onboarding
Small Business is $349 a month billed annually, and onboarding stops being optional there: it reads "Required one-time cost, 499 USD". Year one is about $4,687.
Users are metered
Two team members on the entry plan, and extras are an add-on at $29 to $59 a month depending on the tier. Warehouses get busy by hiring.

Don’t switch if
If you need purchase orders, supplier records or anything touching the books, stay. Warebin is warehouse operations and nothing else, and that gap is not small.
Worth a look if
If you are on the $129 plan and keep hitting the fact that it cannot tell you which shelf, your options are $349 a month plus $499 once, or $149 a month with sublocations included and no setup fee. That is the comparison worth doing.
There is no import. You walk the building and receive each item into its bin, which takes an afternoon for a small operation and is also the only moment your numbers will be truly right. We think that is a feature, and we know it reads like an excuse, so here is the honest version: bulk import is very good at moving years of accumulated errors into a clean system on day one.
You can lay out a whole aisle at once from the map first, so the locations exist before anything goes on them. And you can export everything to CSV at any time, including on the way out, which is the same courtesy we would want.
Put your real shelves in and see if it holds up.
