Here is the number.
You’re on this page because most of our competitors made you book a call to find one. We think that’s a tell — if the price were good news, it would be on the website.
Metered on orders you pick, not on people who log in. Warehouses get busy by hiring, and charging per seat punishes exactly the month you’re growing.

Being honest about the state of this
Warebin is new, and it’s one person. That has a downside and an upside, and you should know both. The downside: there is no support team, no account manager, and no long list of integrations.
The upside: when you email, the person who wrote the software answers, usually the same day. And what gets built next comes from what early customers say is missing — not from a roadmap decided a year ago. If you tell us the receiving screen is wrong for how your dock works, that’s a real conversation, not a feature request that disappears.
You already pay for inventory software.
It’s just billed as mis-picks, recounts and time spent looking for things, so it never arrives as an invoice.

Warebin starts at $149 a month. You’re paying $2,025 more than that every month to keep the spreadsheet.
Every number here is one you typed. We don’t know your business — this is arithmetic, not a study. The 2 minutes per order spent looking for stock is the one figure we assumed, and it’s a low one.
When not to buy this.
We’d rather lose the sale than have you cancel in month two.
01
Don't buy this if you have fewer than about 300 SKUs
One person can hold 300 SKUs in their head, and they probably already do. Software adds a step without removing a problem. Come back when the head stops fitting it.
02
Don't buy this if you need accounting, purchasing or invoicing
Warebin does warehouse operations and nothing else. If you want one product for the books and the shelves, Zoho or inFlow will serve you better — genuinely.
03
Don't buy this if you're already on a full WMS that works
Zenventory and Extensiv do more than we do. If you've already paid for the implementation and it's running, switching costs you more than it saves.
04
Buy this if the location lives in someone's memory
That's the whole thesis. If losing one employee would mean losing track of where things are, that's the problem we built for.
Try it on your own stock before you pay anything.
No card. Put your real shelves in and see whether it holds up. If it doesn’t, you’ve lost an afternoon and we’ve learned something.
