Short version: Cin7 Core does a great deal more than we do, and if you use the parts listed below you should stay where you are. Warebin does warehouse operations only, for one building, and publishes its price.

What Cin7 Core does that we don’t
- It does purchasing, sales, accounting integration and multichannel inventory. That is a much larger product than ours.
- It publishes its price, which seven of the twelve products we checked do not.
You are paying per seat
Standard caps at 5 users, Pro at 10, Advanced at 15, and extras cost more, checked 9 August 2026. On the floor that means the cost of adding a picker is a line item.
The warehouse is one module of many
It is an inventory and operations platform. If you bought it to run a warehouse, most of what you pay for is the rest of it.

Don’t switch if
If your inventory and your accounting live in the same system, stay. Splitting them to save on a subscription is how people end up entering things twice.
Worth a look if
If the seat cap is what decides whether a temp gets a login, that is a bad way to run a shift. Warebin is metered on orders picked, not on people.
There is no import. You walk the building and receive each item into its bin, which takes an afternoon for a small operation and is also the only moment your numbers will be truly right. We think that is a feature, and we know it reads like an excuse, so here is the honest version: bulk import is very good at moving years of accumulated errors into a clean system on day one.
You can lay out a whole aisle at once from the map first, so the locations exist before anything goes on them. And you can export everything to CSV at any time, including on the way out, which is the same courtesy we would want.
