Short version: ShipHero does a great deal more than we do, and if you use the parts listed below you should stay where you are. Warebin does warehouse operations only, for one building, and publishes its price.

What ShipHero does that we don’t
- It is built for high-volume ecommerce fulfilment. Warebin is not a fulfilment platform.
- It has carrier and marketplace integrations. Warebin has none.
- It runs multiple warehouses and bills clients. Warebin does neither.

Built for volume you may not have
If you ship 20 to 200 orders a day out of one building, you are at the bottom edge of who it is designed for.
The integrations are the product
If your orders arrive by email, phone and spreadsheet rather than from Shopify, you are paying for the part that does not apply.

Don’t switch if
If your orders come in from marketplaces and carriers automatically, stay. Warebin has no integrations at all, and typing orders in by hand after having them flow in would be a step backwards.
Worth a look if
If you picked it up expecting a warehouse system and mostly need to know where stock sits, that is one part of a much bigger product.
There is no import. You walk the building and receive each item into its bin, which takes an afternoon for a small operation and is also the only moment your numbers will be truly right. We think that is a feature, and we know it reads like an excuse, so here is the honest version: bulk import is very good at moving years of accumulated errors into a clean system on day one.
You can lay out a whole aisle at once from the map first, so the locations exist before anything goes on them. And you can export everything to CSV at any time, including on the way out, which is the same courtesy we would want.
Put your real shelves in and see if it holds up.
