Short version: Extensiv does a great deal more than we do, and if you use the parts listed below you should stay where you are. Warebin does warehouse operations only, for one building, and publishes its price.

What Extensiv does that we don’t
- It bills your clients. If you invoice by pallet, by pick or by month out of the same system that holds the stock, Warebin cannot replace that.
- It connects to marketplaces and carriers. Warebin has no integrations at all.
- It runs several buildings. Warebin is built for one.
You cannot find out what it costs
Their pricing page returns a 404, checked 9 August 2026. Every route to a number runs through a demo, and the number you get depends on the conversation you had.
It is built for a bigger operation than yours
Client billing, multi-warehouse and an integration layer are the reasons to buy it. If you run one building and invoice on a spreadsheet, you are paying for the part you do not use.
Implementation is a project
It is bought, then configured, then rolled out. That is correct for what it does. It is also months before anyone finds a box faster.

Don’t switch if
If you bill your clients out of the same system that tracks their stock, do not switch. Warebin has no billing, and rebuilding that in a spreadsheet is worse than what you have now.
Worth a look if
If you bought it to know where things are, and the billing and integrations sit unused, you are paying for a platform to do one job it shares with a much smaller tool.
There is no import. You walk the building and receive each item into its bin, which takes an afternoon for a small operation and is also the only moment your numbers will be truly right. We think that is a feature, and we know it reads like an excuse, so here is the honest version: bulk import is very good at moving years of accumulated errors into a clean system on day one.
You can lay out a whole aisle at once from the map first, so the locations exist before anything goes on them. And you can export everything to CSV at any time, including on the way out, which is the same courtesy we would want.
